This property boasts not 1 but 2 houses. Master House is 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Over 3100 sqft of space for you to spread out. The Guest House is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath with a small kitchen. Also has a garage/game room. Don't let this house get away for your seasonal stay! No Parties or Events Allowed unless prior approved.

Main House has Master Bedroom as well as 5 good sized Bedrooms. Also has 3.5 baths. GREAT FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY! The Guest House has 2 Bedrooms and Full Bath and a small kitchen. Guest House is PERFECT FOR THE GROOMSMAN!

This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful again! The host left some gifts for us which was very much appreciated. Very fast response time and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

this was the perfect place for our family reunion that needed to be near some older family members in Wellington. The guest house gave some nice "space" when needed and the grounds and activities/amenities kept the kiddos busy. Jonny is friendly host and was very patient with my wife's many questions.

Johnny was a great guest. He was communicative throughout our stay and kindly let us stay for a couple extra hours after our flight got cancelled. The place is extremely spacious and great for a large group. I recommend to anyone.

We have stayed at Johnny’s property 3 times for special occasions/events. The property is definitely a great place for family gatherings, birthdays etc. The main house, guest house and large property provides a lot of space to enjoy family and friends!!!

We brought a group down to South Florida for a convention, and this property was the perfect place for us to spread out, to share time together as a group in the main living spaces, and have some fun time outdoors. The house was secluded and safe. Johnny was a wonderful host, who came to check on us a couple of times when we had questions about a few items around the house. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

It is a beautiful property . We were in town for my sons wedding, and the host left champagne for the celebration ! The home was clean , very well stocked, and a beautiful snack basket was left for our stay ! The oreos saved the day, my grandkids loved them !!!
