Beautiful little place to stay, walking to the beach was a huge plus and so was falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. I’d recommend this location if you want a peaceful island get away.

Johnny's place is a beautiful beach cottage with big spacious rooms in an ideal location. It is walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to several trendy restaurants. He was readily available to answer any questions.

This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful again! The host left some gifts for us which was very much appreciated. Very fast response time and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I stayed at 9160 Brandy Ln for the weekend. It was a really nice home, very peaceful environment/neighborhood. The house was very clean & neat. We ran into a couple of minor issues, but he was very apologetic & corrected/fixed said issues. He is a very good host & I would definitely book with him again in the future! He is also very good with responding quickly to any messages you send him! 10/10, would most certainly recommend. 😊

Absolutely wonderful stay! Amazing location - walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants as well as a Walgreens for last minute items. Close to the airport and beaches. The hosts were incredible - best I’ve had with any of my Air BnB stays. Incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend for families looking for a clean, safe, convenient place to stay in West Palm Beach!

this was the perfect place for our family reunion that needed to be near some older family members in Wellington. The guest house gave some nice "space" when needed and the grounds and activities/amenities kept the kiddos busy. Jonny is friendly host and was very patient with my wife's many questions.

Johnny was a great guest. He was communicative throughout our stay and kindly let us stay for a couple extra hours after our flight got cancelled. The place is extremely spacious and great for a large group. I recommend to anyone.

We have stayed at Johnny’s property 3 times for special occasions/events. The property is definitely a great place for family gatherings, birthdays etc. The main house, guest house and large property provides a lot of space to enjoy family and friends!!!

Paul and Marlena were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed & cared for. Communication throughout our stay was super fast, thoughtful, and helpful, which made everything so easy and stress-free. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was getting to meet their wonderful family - including sweet Brownie, who quickly became our dog Sophia’s best friend during the trip. Watching them play together was such a joy and made the experience even more special for us. We are so grateful for the extra accommodations and the genuine kindness they showed during our stay. It’s clear that Paul and Marlena truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for such a lovely and memorable stay!
